My 4 year old’s imagination world, where she spends a good deal of time, has been quite the inspiration to me lately. I found this drawing of hers (and the text she narrated to me) to be quite moving. Who wouldn’t want to spend their days in a world like that where everybody is smiling, even the sun, even her older brother who is not always patient with her dreaminess.

This is me and Jasper walking to meet the sun. We are holding hands and loving each other and then we fell.
